Got the fishing license and we’re ready to start fishing. Last night we built a big fire and BBQ steaks. There was a light mist rain. Up and down the Siuslaw River boats are fishing. Across the river we saw a family of Osprey’s soaring in the large trees. A Blue Heron was perched on the dock waiting for his dinner.

When we headed for the RV the evening mist and fog was rolling in and the rains began. It was nice to listen to the rain on the RV. We are running on our own power at nights. Briefly in the morning Jim will fire up the generator to recharge the batteries. When the sun shines the solar panels help to keep the batteries charged.

This morning when we woke the sun was shining but there are still some clouds. Looks like a good day to go fishing!
